The choice at Copplestones was huge but as the shop was so well laid out it was easy to find what I was looking for. I only tried on a few wedding dresses and came away with exactly what I wanted for under £300. Truly amazing! You book an appointment and…read morego and look through all the dresses (there are hundreds of them on rails!) and the great part is that they're all the top labels from the high street wedding shops but for much less! No dress is more than £300. Mine had a price tag of £1200 but was only £300! You can then either put a deposit on it and pay it off or pay for it then. Then you can go back and have a fitting with their seamstress (Angela is lovely!) a couple of weeks before the wedding. You don't get the same fuss as in an expensive shop but they have made the place as nice as possible and then you can go off for a glass of wine in Liverpool afterwards! Her dresses appeared on My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding which revealed insight into the process the travelling community go through in preparation for marriage. In 2006, she designed what is believed to be the world's biggest wedding dress which weighed in at a whopping 25st with a 60ft train. The dress had 30,000 Swarovski crystals and 120 metres of silk. As well brides dresses, the shop also stocks bridesmaid and special occasions outfit.

A good place to try on lots of dresses and grab a bargain!…read more This is a warehouse style wedding dress shop. You don't need an appointment, just turn up when they are open and ring the bell. You are given 4 rings and simply put them around the hangers of the dresses you like. You can then try on those 4 before going back out to choose another 4. The dresses are samples from shops so they generally only have 1 in each size and when they sell they are gone so be aware of this if you fall in love with one! It was moderately busy for 1130 on a Saturday. We got a changing room straight away though. One of the assistants helps you out when you get changed then she kindly suggested some dresses she thought would suit me as well and went to get them. They had some stunning things in my size. You are possibly a size bigger than normal here so beware when choosing! I could have happily bought 2 of the ones I tried on. The lady also helped me try on matching veils. Again I can't wait to go back and try on more dresses here.

The service is brilliant and the staff are so helpful and polite. I picked as many dresses I liked to try on and then the staff chose some that they thought would suit me in the end I chose the one that I first clapped eyes on. The lady let me try it on as many times as I wanted so I was sure on my decision and she also let me try on accessories to see what would match with the dress. After choosing your dress they give you all the information you need about when your dress will come and suitable seamstresses to get in touch with if you need it altering. I went to pick my wedding dress a few weeks ago and the staff were so nice yet again and they helped me to pick out a veil which I picked up yesterday, the gentleman was so nice and wished me luck on my wedding day and I told him I would reccomend the shop anytime to anyone who was getting married and my friend went for an appointment yesterday as i reccomended it so highly. I will definietly be putting photos on their website from my wedding day and I don't understand anyone who would write a bad review about this shop and the staff, all I would say is that it wasn't an actual bride who has visited the shop but another rival wedding dress shop who are jelous of all the praise and business that this shop gets. Very helpful in assessing the dresses you try on which are based on your score of dress, they listen to reasons for score and suggest other dresses to try on. They picked out my perfect dress in this way. My advice would be make an appointment as they seem to be very busy, always a good sign. Lots of thank you cards in the shop from happy customers. I've no hesitation in recommending a visit here.

Today was my first and only shopping experience for my wedding dress, and I wanted the perfect dress. I went in with an idea of the dress I wanted and the bridal path stocked it, I tried it on and fell in love. However Amy (the lady in the bridal boutique) said I should try on others I might surprise myself. Boy was she right, I tried on dresses I thought I would dislike massively and they soon became the front runner. I then was undecided with two types of dresses and the girls came up with a "wildcard" as they called it. At this point I thought I don't know what I like I'm going to have to think about it. Well the wildcard won me over I felt like such a princess and it's the most perfect dress ever! I ordered it there and then and honestly cannot fault any part of the experience. The girls treat you so personally, they aren't pushy and couldn't be more friendly if they tried! I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough, I will be going back to look for the bridesmaids dresses there!!! Thanks again girls!!!
