With prices this good and free shipping, I assumed that the service would be average at best and would probably have to wait a week or so for my order or perhaps be told that the items I wanted were out of stock or something like that. Boy was I happy to be wrong! Even with a bank holiday on the day of my order, I still got my order straight away and their communication back and forth via email (which is highly important to me) was fantastic.
