They were able to schedule me for the very next morning, arrived right on time, and completed the job in about 10 minutes. The final price was exactly what was quoted. No surprises. When reaching out to car charging pros, they claimed it was an easy process..it was not. Car charging pros said they could submit, but it was pricey. After my failed attempted, I emailed requesting to charge me to have the permit completed. At this point I was ghosted by the front office team. Eventually I found an electrician willing to help (for a low cost). This entire ordeal took 7-8 additional months to finally get the permit finalized.

He found the problem because he didn't assume anything and just kept looking and asking me questions about what and when things were happening. Good guys, thorough and professional.
