Unfortunately, due to an emergent situation that took me too far across town, I pushed the mileage to a very low level. I was less than 2 miles from my home and the mileage indicator was at 5 miles, which was plenty to get me home, so I thought. Got off the freeway and the mileage indicator quickly went from 5 to 0 in less than a .25 mile. Needless to say, I got stuck at 10:00 p.m. just a few blocks from home. I called several tow companies, no one could help as the EV requires a flatbed trailer to tow. After about an hour on the phone and a few minutes crying my eyes out from frustration, I managed to pull up the information for AA Mobile EV Charging, what a relief! I called and was immediately assured they could help me and come charge my vehicle. I was appoximately one hour away from their location; however, a very nice young man showed up within the hour, charged my car, and even followed me home to ensure I made it safely.
