NO ONE uses this system any more. After 15 minutes I was allowed in. The budtender was very busy emptying his tip jar. He asked what I wanted and I told him I ordered online. He proceeded to tell me that their online system is not working and did I have a picture of what I wanted. WHAT? I told him the name of one of the ones I ordered. He didn't check anything, just told me they didn't have it. So, I was rudely treated, waited for nothing and went home empty handed. The absolute worst experience in a dispensary I have ever had. There are many dispensaries in the Portland area that offer friendly, helpful service and actually have an accurate menu and a way to order on-line. RUN from this place unless you want a repeat of my experience.

I hate stores where you have to ask the price and the salesman makes it up as they go... Overall the we got what we were there to buy and I would try Nectar again.

I've been one of Nectar's customers for years... great selection, great sales... and amazing customer service. I've never experienced a dispensary with this level of customer service. Each and every one of their nectarines are ALWAYS so wonderful but tonight - Deven and Kevin went above and beyond! When I'm swinging by a dispensary because it's convenient - I'm going to think again and go hit up my homies here. Thank you D&K - you both rock!!!!!!!

They Zupans their prices because they are in South Waterfront. Their products are easily 25% higher in price than Greem Oasis across the Sellwood-Moreland bridge... but let's face it, depending on the time of day, who wants to spend 30 min in traffic to save $5.

That said, Today's Herbal Choice on Balfour is one of the best I've been to. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been to this location probably over a dozen times now, and most of the time I know what I want. On the couple of times I had questions about products I'm unfamiliar with, the bud tenders were extremely helpful and patient. They seem to employ knowledgeable people here. Another positive about this place: the daily deals. I know today is Weed Wednesday, and I'm going in right now for some high quality discounted flower! I'm not sure about the other days, although I believe Tuesday is $1 preroll day. Anyways, I'm off to this dispensary now.
