Electric Lettuce is one of the two places in Oregon I go to on a regular basis. The prices are decent, but I go for the location and for the staff. They know me as a regular and they make me feel welcome whenever I walk through the door. One of the facets of Electric Lettuce I most appreciate is they listen to the advice of their customers. When they first opened in OC, their prices were just OK. Since then, they have begun offering decent strains from as low as $4 - $6 per gram. Finally, I have to give props to the interior of the store. Most dispensaries have a very clinical, pharmacy-type feel. The ambience of the OC location is more pleasurable and doesn't make the purchase of cannabis feel so...medical. read more

Would give ZERO stars if it was an option-- cheap products with a garbage return policy. Bought a disposable pen (Beehive Extracts) for $36. I only used for less than a week. Pen wouldn't charge after a few days of use. I tried to return, but return policy is 7 days AND I needed to return the pen to the original shop where I bought it, which I was not able to go to at the time. Rep at store wouldn't even budge. Showed her the pen and still said "my hands are tied, sorry". Pathetic. read more

I gave this place a try along with the other dispensaries I can access in the area and I can say I so greatly DO NOT RECOMMEND Electric Lettuce. This place's business model is really uncomfortable and predatory. We were helped by the same guy both times we have gone and both times he stood over us the whole time making us feel pressured to make a decision quickly as he kept interjecting into our discussions. We tried to ask for what would fit in our budget and he kept pointing at things above our stated price range. Really unhelpful, especially since only some of the dabs were labeled with pricing. It seems like there is a decent selection of certain things there, but I don't ever feel like I'm allowed to actually weigh my choices. He then tried to upsell us an E-rig after ignoring us about what we were in for. On top of this, I am concerned that this business is running something weird with their POS as I can never get a consistent total with them, it's always a weird amount more then expected, communicated, or is on the screen... I got a rehearsed line about bank fees when I asked about it. Heard the guy ahead of us say something about his total being high too. They also have a store full of records and a player on display in the store but play basic pop on a digital system....so just to seem cool? some really predatory and greasy energy exuding from this place and it's employees. read more

Was hoping for a better educational experience for my first try, at the Oregon City location. My doctor recommended this place and she told me they'd really take their time to help me and figure out what would work best for me, but I just kind of got "this one tastes good" or "this lotion feels good". Not exactly what I was hoping for. Got kind of mediocre help, and I didn't see the CBD bath soak she gave me until I got home - it expired in October 2018 and had a rancid smell. I e-mailed the company, hoping they'll do something about that. Update - I got an e-mail the same day saying I could come in and swap out for a non expired product. Still wishing I had the opportunity to get a little more education on the front end, but glad they'll take care of the expired soak. read more

The first two stars are for the young woman that helped me. She was very nice. This is not the Oregon City of old. Now days in the OC, expect to pay more. About pre-legalized prices. I usually spend about $100-$150 a month on my herbal sanity. (When I had my medical card it was free) However, I was on my way home and saw this place on my route. My wife said she was curious, so I stopped. Paid $38 for an 8th of their clearance special. (I used to have to pay $40 for the good stuff from a "dealer" back in the day) It was a bit dry, lots of shake, and only a 15% THC rating. So not terrible, but definitely a trendy suburban type place that's overpriced. I'd recommend driving a little further to Chalice. Still has a nice clean environment, but much more selection and much better prices. read more

I feel like Norm from Cheers walking into this place--everyBUDDY knows my name! Ever since I moved to Beavercreek I have frequented this dispensary and it's basically become my one of two that I go to. But it's my main gig. The employees are AWESOME and they really know their product. They're so friendly and helpful and are always on top of their game. I know we're still going through COVID but through the previous guidelines of COVID they enforced the rules and made sure to keep everyone safe. And continue to have sanitizer at hand which is great! They check your ID at the door which I have personally always liked about dispensaries and I don't know why, but there's that. The decor is cute and funky and there's lots to look at if you ever have to wait. The employees running the floor are rockstars and are super efficient though and waiting is never that long if ever! They always have great specials going on daily and monthly and it's a big bonus to become a member of their rewards program if you spend a lot of money on green. It's great to have a good experience at a retailer. But it is even better when you have a problem and they take care of it. There was a snafu with a transaction. When I called Andrew was courteous and helpful. The next day I went in and spoke to Randa, the manager. She made it very easy to deal with the problem and come to a resolution that I was happy with. The store is very open and inviting. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

I love this place. They have great specials (especially if you sign up for their email discounts) because you get early access before the public strips the shelves! Their 420 deals were fantastic, on top of prices that are already pretty decent. The staff knows their stuff, and they've got a good supply and wide range of product, despite the small size of the place. I dig the vibe and layout and decor at all of their shops (haven't been to the newest yet, though), and the place seems polished and, dare I say it, hip. My go-to place these days. read more

The staff at Electric Lettuce is always very friendly and helpful. I went in about a year ago seeking relief for chronic hip pain and problems sleeping. I tried several products and found what works for me. It's so much better than over the counter and prescription drugs and my stomach feels better too. I loved the rustic, vintage feel of the place! It's really hard to pinpoint. Kind of like if you were walking through an antique mall but every other knick-knack you found was actualy an edible. I've only been by once, but I was exhausted and just sat down while my lady looked around. I trusted her choice with the advice of the budtenders, but in the end she asked about a bud that isn't considered "active". She had no idea that CBD is purely medicinal and thus walked out thinking she had some good bud to get high on. It's very disappointing that the bud tenders didn't point this out to someone who said it was her first time being there. Only reason why I didn't give one star is become the layout is nice and the people are genuinely nice, ultimately just very disappointed in the lack of their attempt to educate their customer and guarantee satisfaction. read more
