Had to wait three weeks over my three months to get my nose ring taken care of and after spending way too much money (and tip) I am charged Another $20 for a nose ring that I find other places for $9.99 ‍ other than the cost, it was fast, clean and I have to say they are very friendly people! Awesome experience! Got to come with my nephew for his first tattoo. Since we weren't too familliar with the tattoo shops in the area we choose primarily on close location and good yelp reviews. While he was getting established with the place and they were readying the tattoo, I felt confident we chose correctly. It was fast and clean and it couldn't have gone better in my book. My cousin went in a while back for her first two tattoos. She suggested this place to my mom when my mom wanted a new one. When we went in the worker was kind of rude to us. Then when I went in there was a different worker but he was insanely rude, sarcastic and judgmental. When he came out with a stencil, he spelled it wrong and I told him that and he threw a fit and went back into his office. They have terrible prices and horrendous customer service. read more

This was my first tattoo experience and it made me never want to get one again . The tattoo artist Jacob had the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. He was doing a small simple tattoo on my wife's upper arm. After we were concerned that the small moon shape looked oblong and not like the drawing . I asked him if he could try and fix it to make her more comfortable and he hesitated saying we could get it on the next session and said, "well there's always laser " which I didn't find funny or comforting . I insisted that he try to fix it while we were there and still within our time window. From that point his attitude completely shifted . He was rude to my wife making remarks the whole time and pulling on her arm way to roughly . In the end he did as we asked and then told us not to come back and continued to spit rude remarks to my wife who was still in shock from the experience . This shop has horrible customer service. I brought in an idea I wanted to have done. It had multiple elements to it that the artist was able to move around and design their own way. He told me he would have something drawn up within two weeks and that he would call me. After three weeks I called the shop and asked for Chris. He was busy so he told the guy who answered to let me know he hadn't started it yet but that it would be done within a week. I called the next week, he once again wouldn't come to the phone but told the guy who answered that he still hadn't started it but that it would be by the end of the week. I called again the next week and was once again told by someone else that he had not started it yet, but that it would be done soon. I called one more time, Chris finally answered and said he still hadn't started it but he was going to start it soon. He never apologized it tried to give a reason it wasn't started yet. I was told it would be done in two weeks and it was now six weeks later so I told him I would be going to another shop. It was really disappointing but I found another great shop with a great artist who wanted to work on the tattoo. read more

I got my ears pierced there today...two holes in each earlobe and one in the cartilage. The place was very nice and professional. Super clean and they did a great job. The staff was outgoing and friendly. They have great after care instructions and the pricing was very fair. I would definitely go there again and recommend this place to others. My experience here was disappointing. I dropped off a photo of the design I wanted about a week in advance. When I returned for my appointment, the artist had not done anything with the photo - no drawing, no plan for a desgin. He seemed indifferent to the quality of the work and only did the minimal to get by. Being a novice when it comes to tattoos - I take reponsibility for not saying no - this is not what I want.... In retrospect, I should have left without getting the work done. When completed the work was nothing great the design was "plopped" around with nothing connecting or making the work flow. Also nothing to make the tattoo eye catching and beautiful. I have since gone elsewhere to have the designs connected and more work done to include shading in the colors, etc. In summary for something that will stay for life, I felt like no attention was taken to ensure that the work was more than just a couple of pictures pasted and inked. read more

Horrible attitude and customer service. I was interested in getting my first tattoo, and I had noticed Electra while driving by. I went in to get an estimate on the price and to possibly make an appointment for a consultation. I was greeted by a man who neglected to mention his name and I immediately was made to feel unwelcome. His disdainful attitude and comments that were neither helpful nor intelligent made me uncomfortable and displeased. He was outright rude, distasteful, and condescending. He even went so far as to ask in a patronizing manner why I wanted the tattoo I had described. Their portfolios also leave a lot to be desired in terms of originality and presentation. I was discouraged upon leaving, but going down Broadway, I found a hidden gem. I instead chose Mothership Connection and was greeted with a passionate and talented artist. I've gone back and recommended this shop to a friend, who was also pleased with the work. Getting a tattoo should be an experience, and the customer service at Electra reminded me of that at the DMV. read more

Went in to this shop to get some lettering done on my fingers. Kevin tells me before we start that it will be $200. After we get done he says, "that took a little longer than expected; how does $250 sound?" Having asked him to touch up a couple of other things as well I was just fine with $250 and in addition gave him a $50 tip equaling $300. I go back in a few days later to talk about a few minor fixes and he gets offended telling me I'll have to wait a month or so before he'll even think about doing anything. Which was fine as they needed to heal. I called him later that day to let him know I hadn't meant to offend him and he says, "hey man I'm not touching those up for free. I don't know anyone that touches up fingers for free." Well I have many tattoos and have never been charged for touch ups after the healing process. This shop may have been there a long time, but their customer service is terrible. I am now going to pay someone else to do the touch ups that this shop should be taking care of. I've been going to this parlor for over 2 years and have had a lot of different work done here. Chris is an amazing artist!! I've had tattoo work done and also piercings. The shop is clean, they always the their time and make sure you are happy with what you got. I switched from another tattoo parlor in Marysville to this one and couldn't be happier. Chris works with you every step of the way and makes suggestions on how to make the tattoo the best it can possibly be. I will continue to give Chris my business. I went to Electra tattoo in Marysville and asked them to draw up some daisies for me. WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER been treated like that in my entire life. He insulted me and my friends countless times. He messed up on the stencil and put it in the wrong place and when I asked him to change it, he said "I thought you wanted artwork, not something off of pinterest." Not to mention he said my boyfriend's future tattoo idea was "stupid" and he would "grow out of it". I tried to give this guy the benefit of the doubt the entire night, but instead of making 200 dollars tonight, that guy decided to be a jerk and insult me and my friends. I will never go there again, and I will never recommend this place in my life. EVER. It's sad because his artwork was very good, but his attitude made me uncomfortable, and a good tattoo wasn't worth sitting in a room with that guy for more than 5 seconds. I am astonished that someone can be so rude. I am so sorry to anyone that has ever been in the presence of such a foul person. read more
