I began communicating with them 6/22/26. There were emails back and forth several times, ironing out the details of the materials and work I wanted to have done. I thought it was odd that no one was calling me to discuss the details or to set up an appointment to come to my home to get exact details themselves. I got my first phone call from the company on 7/7/26. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and seemed to be very genuine. I explained I would be on vacation should see reach out and me not respond. She explained that their installers are a third party company and had to work with them to get the quote, but said she had all the information she now needed to get that. I was given the impression that I would have the quote to me by the time I returned from vacation. I did not. A month has now passed since my initial contact with the company. I emailed them 7/27/26 asking about the quote, and the response I received was that they were still waiting on the 3rd party (installers) and the person they were waiting on was on vacation and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks. At that point I was sure, as I had suspected earlier, that I was being strung along the whole time. I have no respect for people/companies that operate on lies. Just be honest with customers and tell them you don't want the job or you are too busy to get to it. Total disrespect. Everyone's time is valuable. I truly don't know how people can do this to people. Friends that wanted similar work done were waiting to see how things went with mine. I have already begun sharing my experience with those people and others and I will continue to do so. I do NOT recommend this company in any capacity.

He walked in and without any regard for empathy or difficulty of the process, he started immediately looking at stuff in the house telling me it was worthless and repeatedly how extremely costly this would be. I couldn't care less about an auction. This is a major life transition that requires care and empathy not a focus on items to make their business more money. I felt so uncomfortable and since then he's repeatedly reached out to me asking about moving forward despite me never indicating a desire to. I left a review and it was slightly negative on a different cite and he actually called to see if it was me who left the review, which is not only unprofessional, but crosses a major line.

This year Christine suggested I try their "midnight magic" mulch. it's a few dollars more per yard but worth every penny. I needed a lot--30 yards.
