I first applied for my child on May 14, 2024, and received confirmation. Over time, I was told he was on the waiting list, and later that he was first on the waiting list. Then that there was no waitlist and administration had changed. I remained patient and continued to follow up appropriately. Since then, I have reapplied and followed up multiple times across the past two years. Most recently, I submitted another application and reached out again only to receive no response at all. I understand that staff may be out of the office at times. However, a complete lack of communication and follow-through over an extended period reflects a breakdown in process, not just timing issues. As a parent, it's frustrating and discouraging to feel like your child's application is not being actively managed. I genuinely like what this school represents, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Strong schools should have strong communication especially in admissions, where families are trying to make important decisions. At this point, it's difficult to feel confident in how prospective families are handled.

Here, from the materials (wood, not plastic) to the environment (bright, clean, natural), to the people (warm and experienced), CMA does everything right. Also, the cost per credit hour is much lower than at the University of Cincinnati Main campus. They offer quite a lot of night classes as well as distance learning options (online). Every professor I've had here has been an adjunct professor. I personally enjoy this because most are employed in the field related to the subject they are instructing. I find that these professors usually have unexpected and interesting insight into the course subject matter. I always try to schedule my classes through this UC campus. It is small only two main buildings. Plus parking is included in tuition which is awesome.

The facility always feels clean and safe and I love how organized everything is (the classrooms, monthly calendars, payment portal, assessments, parent/teacher conferences, weekly newsletters, and reminder messages when there are special events/dress up days). We also absolutely LOVE having a parent app where we can get real time updates, photos, and videos throughout the day. This has been an around wonderful place for our kiddos!

The school is very up-beat, organized, professional, friendly and the teachers are all really easy to get a long with. My child LOVES it here and can't wait for summer to be over despite a ton of activities I've done with him, just so that he can go back to school. The other day I was telling a stranger about Trent after she commented on how good his reading was (we were reading a small book while waiting for our car to be serviced) and my son who is 6 and usually quite shy, piped up and said "AND it's the BEST school I've ever been to" (he had been to two others prior). It doesn't get better than that.

You're decently vetted before you can step foot into a classroom. There's a short application process and you must be legally background checked (with the fancy blue paper background check, not just an online one). Once approved, you get a 5 year badge and you're able to check in to the school. I'm impressed with the organization of this school. I'm in two separate classrooms and both teachers are great. The kiddos are all respectful and care to be in school. The office staff, cafeteria staff and paraprofessionals are very personable with each kiddo. It's a lovely sight to see! As for the Classroom Buddy program, it's easy to get set up if you email the school for details. Even a small amount of time with a kiddo each week could change their perspective on many things, both short and long term. You can change a child's life. Yes, YOU.

"Kids count at the Mount!" Such a silly sounding motto, but at the same time it's cute…read more I attended this elementary school from 4th grade to 6th grade and had a pretty good time. I really enjoyed and looked up to all of my teachers. They were all amazing and wonderful people who taught me a lot. Some of them are still there! They have an accelerated program and a magnet program that brings in students from all over outside the Mt. Washington area. We were taught Latin in preparation for the curriculum at Walnut Hills High School even though not everyone went there. I also learned how to type about 60 words a minute when I was in the 5th grade, which is something most people can't say! This is a great school for your young ones to attend. There is even a huge playground in back for recess!
