My experience with this company as an employee for a few years has been wonderful. They value and appreciate everyone that works for them. My experience with earl le sucked. This is on the hiring part of the company. I went in for an application 3 weeks ago and got to meet with one of the owners and she basically did an interview with me right then and there. After an hour of talking, she said I was immediately hired on at a higher pay then what they usually hire people on at. This was due to a decision her and her husband had came to a night prior. After the interview (which went great) she sent me to get my drug screening like most company do and told me to call back in "a day or so" to figure out when I can come in and start work. Well This is where it goes downhill. I called after 2 days and got told "We'll have to call you back" I said okay and waited. After a couple more days went by, I decided to call again and got told that I have to talk to some guy named Terry about when I can come in. Terry was hard to get ahold of, it took a whole week calling everyday just to get ahold of him for him to tell me "I'll have to call you back." I said okay. Never once got a call back. So I called the day after and asked once again for Terry and I guess he started to get frustrated with me calling and told me that "He will call me when he figures out my application." We'll it's going on week 3 now and I have yet to get one call back from these people about anything. I know 2 people that have gone there and one of them got to go to work while they told the other he had issues with his application also (he was getting immediately hired on at the higher pay as well) They say they need drivers but aren't willing to make the effort at calling their new hires back to let them know when they're gonna start work. I find it ridiculous. I keep getting the run around and it makes it seem like this company doesn't know how to do their job with the hiring process. I didn't ask for higher pay either. The OWNER told me that's what she was going to do. Then never got a call back. I've called almost everyday for 3 weeks and everything get told "We'll have to call you back". If I could rate this lower than 1 star, I would. Wasted my time when I'm looking for a job and it says that they are "hiring drivers" then offers me a job but just basically gives me the cold shoulder. I might add I have passed the drug screening and I have a clean driving record, no felonies or anything of that sort. read more
