It's clean enough, but sometimes the floors are full of leaves. There is management onsite sometimes, so they stay on top of machines that are out of order. I listed the reasons in my 1st review above. For the past almost 3 years, we keep getting invoices mailed to our office billing us for a non-existing service. We have called, scanned, faxed, and emailed different departments, different employees and supervisors over the years, confirming that we are not a customer and attempting to stop further invoices. Still, more invoices keep showing up. We had to submit a complaint to better business bureau. If this is evident to nothing but the internal chaos in their billing alone, we are glad that we have never used their service.
