Rude staff especially Wasan who is the doctors wife. You can't talk to the doctor without her permission.

We were very disappointed with the microblading services we received from Wasan Ahmad.

Dr Glaser is…read morea caring practitioner with a focus on reducing one's pain and preventing more invasive procedures like fusion. His dedication to the field can be seen thru his publications and roles within the industry. I have had multiple surgical interventions within my spine (Fusions, Laminectomies) that left me in a state of non-stop pain and labeled as a Failed Back Surgery Syndrome patient. I am realistic as a patient and understand that not all can be cured, especially neurological impacts. Dr. Glaser and team, thru their interventions and pain management enabled for me to continue working long past the point that most would hang up their hat. I owe ALL of that to Dr. Glaser and team members like Maria Andersen. If you are in pain and tired of the run around, I highly recommend the team at Pain Specialists of Greater Chicago. These people personally care about you and the outcome. I cannot state the number of times that Dr. Glaser went to bat with the insurance companies for me, for that, I will forever be grateful Dr. Glaser, Maria Andersen and the over team PSGC. Surprised at folks making statements about the wait or for appointments. In the 20 plus years, I have not had that issue. I suggest setting your next appointment, when you leave your appointment. I have never had to wait an extended time in the 20 years I have booked. Give them a try, you have nothing to lose but your pain.

He was pleasant and kind to me however as time went on and I began to become addicted to the pain pills things took a turn for the worst!!! My life was ruined! I had to check myself into a drug facility to wean myself off of the hillbilly heroine they were doling out like they were candy. The staff were all pleasant in the beginning including Dr Goodman but that all changed once they realized that I became addicted. They turned nasty towards me. They became monsters! Even the nurses were mean! No one cared about me! I became extremely depressed for over a year!!! I'm warning you! Do NOT go to these butchers or you'll ruin your life!!! I'm very serious about my warning all of you! If you are considering going to this place I offer you this sage advice. Run like your the last two monkeys boarding Noah's ark and it's starting to rain!!! No no no!!! That's a hard no from me folks! Enter at your own risk!!! You've been warned!!! Danger!!!

He is very short on responding to your questions. He always has "a plan" which he does not reveal until the first line of treatment fails. He will gladly keep injecting you for pain until you realize that surgery is the best option. He will try to convince you that he has the answer. I suggest getting a second opinion after determining if the treatment being provided is working. He completely minimized the importance of a synovial cyst apparent in my MRI. In fact, the cyst was responsible for severe nerve compression. I had 9 different types of lumbar injections. After that I opted for surgery. The doctors at Chicagoland Pain Management do not follow through with writing prescriptions for post-op pain. I went days without any pain medications after a spinal laminectomy and fusion. The nurses who return calls do not even know what type of surgery was performed and where the pain was located in your body. CPM might work for some people. I suggest getting the opinion of a surgeon first, trying the injections and then deciding if the treatment is working. If you feel relief with one or two injections that is great. If the treatments seem to provide no relief then seek help elsewhere.

Since he moved out of state, my current doctor and his PA have decreased my meds, not once, but twice. I never complained about it or tried to do anything to get them increased again. These days, I find myself basically needing to be at the PA's beck and call to come in whenever she sees fit, or else she threatens to withhold my medication (both of which I've been taking for years with no issue. And both which would be dangerous to stop cold turkey). My previous doctor understood that because I'm in my 30s with a job AND a small child, that my availability is not the same as most of their clients who are twice my age. I wouldn't be going through all of these super painful procedures, having to renew FMLA each year, etc if I didn't need to. I've also had sevevel sets of imaging done which clearly show the causes for the pain. A PAIN MANAGEMENT facility should really care alot more about actually managing pain of the patients.
