Leonard is the best!!! I wish I remember the other tech that came with him. Both professional, on time, and more than anything, they were able to stop the leakage of our shower!!! (For now lol) one of our shower is sooo old that other plumber has told me, valve and cartilage are discontinued so most likely won't be able to find the replacement to fix. I was disparate to just stop the leakage even temporary until we can actually replace shower faucet. Because I just don't have 25-3000 to fix it right now(that's what other plumber quoted me. But then I remember Elbo Plumbing and the owner Leonard! He fixed my shower about 5 years ago! So I called and asked about the shower. He remembered and said he is very familiar with that shower! Although it wasn't as simple as just replacing old valve because there was a bit of complication due to damaged part and more wear and tear. It took a while but they figured it out after making up some parts, they were able to stop the leak!! I will be contacting them soon again to talk about the next step with replacing my shower. but Leonard is very honest and will not trying to trick you into spending more money than what I really need to! The moment he came by to give an estimate, he put shoe protector without me asking, courteous and took his time to really assess the situation. Liked him enough to commenced the work ( laundry washer and dryer and faucet installation which weigh 100 lbs and it wasn't a simple installation) was really pleased with his work!! Work schedule got delayed last minute on my part because of some delivery issue but he didn't fret and nice enough to reschedule. Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from.
