Funny enough, the only time they suddenly appear is after you email to cancel. Need someone to come out because you actually have bugs? You can't call your local technician--you have to go through a call center just to schedule a spray. And if your neighborhood has No Soliciting signs, don't expect that to stop their salespeople from knocking on your door anyway. To top it all off, even after you've canceled, their exterminators still show up because apparently no one communicates with management.

I paid and signed up for rodent exclusion services. A few month's later, I was hearing the same noises, so I called to have someone check it out. Nov. 8, someone came out and was supposed to come back on Nov. 11 to check traps set on the 8th. No call, no show on the 11th. I called and was rescheduled for Nov. 21st. At this point, I'm going with another company and having to pay for yet another rodent exclusion because Vinx refuses to honor our agreement and their appointments.
