Yesterday was a tough day for mom and my brother and I decided to send her a bouquet of flowers to cheer her up. After trying to send flowers through the 1-800Flowers website, and then being on the phone with them for 45 minutes, they were not able to deliver them same day. We googled the area mom lives in and I reached out to Carriage Barn Florals & Gifts. The owner, Doug, was so empathetic and helpful to my situation and assured me they make an arrangement she'd love. He worked within my budget and came up with great ideas for flowers and add ons. After the arrangement was made he sent me a photo of what they looked like. Not only were they able to deliver them within the hour, but they were the most beautiful flower arrangement ever. My mother FaceTimed me with tears of joy. I cannot thank Doug and the rest of the team at Carriage Barn Florals enough for bringing joy to my mother with such short notice. They truly are the best.

They said they normally would do so but were too busy at this time. We had another gardening service do the planting. All the plants died over the summer despite regular watering. When I brought this matter to their attention and asked for replacement they refused stating it is their policy to only warrany planting they have planted, However, if you read other reviews on Yelp and Google you will find that do not warranty their products even if they install them. The bottom line...buyer beware...Pound Ridge does not warrant their plantings
