While he was there, a homeless man came in and politely asked for a cup of water. He was told that he needed to be a customer. Since my husband was already a paying customer, he then requested a cup of water to give to the man. Staff refused, stating they believed he intended to give it to the homeless individual. My husband then offered to pay for a cup of water. He was charged $5 for a single cup. He still paid it, as he felt compassion for someone simply asking for water. This situation was extremely disappointing. Refusing water in this manner, especially after a customer offers to pay, reflects poorly on customer service and basic human decency. Additionally, I attempted to contact the business to speak with management, but have not received a callback. Each time I call, I am told management is unavailable. We are very disappointed with this experience. Customer service is extremely important to us when choosing where to spend our money, and based on this interaction, we are reconsidering returning in the future. We hope management will review this situation, address it appropriately, and consider a refund for the $5 charged under these circumstances.

It felt like they took advantage of us because we were tourists and didn't speak Spanish. When it was time for the bill, something told me to check the receipt. It was odd to see a bill of $222 when we mostly ordered tacos and only had two Margaritas. I know they charge 18% gratuity (for parties of 5+) but we had at least 12 tacos, 2 Margaritas, 1 Horchata, and 4 waters (the kind you get from Costco - 40 bottles for $3.99).When I asked the server about the charges, she suddenly acted like she didn't understand English, even though she understood us perfectly when we ordered our food. I questioned why the water was $24 when most restaurants provide it for free and why we were charged for chips, which should also be free. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the handwritten, made-up numbers because I was too livid to think straight. Our bill should have been at most $80-$100 with tip and taxes, but we were overcharged by $122.The server refused to escalate the issue to her manager and played the sympathy card, saying if we didn't pay, she would have to cover it. I don't recommend this place, and this will be my first and last time here. This is my honest review and rarely do I ever post a negative review for any establishment but this was overreaching of $122 extra for BS prices. Please don't cheat your customers, especially if you want future returning customers who don't mind paying more for food, service, and entertainment
