The fajitas didn't come out sizzling, and this was a very small operation, so I just kind of figured it would be "fine," but unremarkable. But here's the reality: it was all really good and there was a LOT of fajita meat on the plate. My three tortillas were all absolutely stuffed. And the fajitas were only $17.99. If you go to some of the bigger chains, the price will be 2x that at minimum and you're definitely getting a lot less meat.
