Curvy road to the restaurant, so drive slowly. Beer selection is Medalla (Puerto Rican Light Beer), Miller Light and Coors for 2.50. Regular selection of soft drinks, but only diet drink is Sprite. Waitress was attentive and nice but only spoke Spanish, so brush up on the language if your not familiar since the menu is also in Spanish . I had the plantain mofongo with octopus and garlic sauce for $13.95, and my wife the one with shrimp and garlic for $14.95. The octopus needed salt or seasoning, but the shrimp was delicious. I've honestly had better mofongo elsewhere on the Island.
We went on the eve of Three Kings Day in January, and the place which is normally packed, was not crowded.
I posted photos of the menu, so you can look at the selection of smoked meat, seafood, chicken and rabbit dishes. Will definitely return to try other dishes. read more
