Chicken was very flavorful. The kabob was flavorful but a little dry. The kabob was also a little small, even for a tapa. Next we had a couple of other varieties of Sherry and a delicious cheese plate. We had a great time here just chatting, snacking and enjoying the beautiful light in this restored gem. We continually commented on how well done the building renovation had been done. A really gorgeous job of accentuating the past while keeping some clean modernity. Excellent service. One star deducted for a lack of a wine list and some minor missteps on the tapas. What gives!? Dozens of wines and no list? We will probably be back tomorrow after our Sherry tour.

We tried to reorder - but the kitchen had closed. Met the chef as we were leaving - and told him our error ... he was full of praise for the place next door - we were full of praise for his brilliant cooking. I've eaten quite a lot in Cadiz and Jerez in the last couple of years. For Tapas - this was something special, and perhaps some of the most interesting and well prepared food I have tasted in this part of the world.
