The carne asada is one of the best I have tried in Vegas. The tortillas are hand made and you can taste how fresh they are. Although I loved the tacos, I was not a fan of the burritos as I felt there was too much tortilla with each bite. My best advice is when you're ordering, keep in mind who is in front of you in the line, they bring out orders but they don't have a numbering system or anything, but they go order by order. It's a surprisingly large portion, but make sure to eat about teo chips per tuna chunk.
