The tortillas are really what sets this place apart from everywhere else. Quality of food and speed is always consistant. Tons of flavor and one of the salsas they offer is SUPER SUPER spicy which is awesome to have at such an authentic Mexican food place. You'll have to park at weird angles, wait in line for a bit and either eat by your car or on a curb as there are no tables. The food is worth ALL of these minor inconveniences. They cook the beef on the flat top, caramelizing the teriyaki sauce right into the meat. Such a simple touch, but it made a huge difference! The kalua pork lumpia was also really good, although it was a little greasy. What really surprised me was the dipping sauce, which was a kaffir lime sambal sauce. It was spicy, tangy, and vinegary in the best way. I've never had anything quite like it, and it was the perfect match for the kalua pork. Between the delicious food, thoughtful preparation, and fantastic customer service, this food truck is absolutely worth trying.
