Part of a 3 taco combo with drink, with Baja fish tacos and horchata
Lorraine G.

Uh I'll just stick to fish tacos or only the aghast frescas or soda. I can't order anything asada since the first and only time dining in with that order. Long story short, I've got apparent food poisoning. That's my update.

Lemonade bean and cheese burrito
Britany G.

I like the fact that it's is 24 hours the staff is not mean but they are also not nice. The attitude was nothing that would make me wanna go back again. The food was not the best, we got two bean and cheese burritos for almost $8 each and the cheese was not fully melted. I also think that's pricey for a burrito without any protein. The drinks say 24 oz but the cup looks more like 16 oz

BIRRIA (BEEF) QUESADILLA PLATE
Cecille L.

Been coming here for years, always good food with great pricing and service. The food came out pretty quick and it was hot, tasty and big portioned. The salsa bar was filled to the brim with the sauces. I must have got there at the perfect time. I prefer this location over the one on Decatur. Just IMO.

This place is noisy. With that and language barriers it was a bit difficult placing an order. After we got our food we had several choices for salsa at the small salsa bar. The food was very good and the tortillas fresh. Overall I will stop in again.

5 QUESO BIRRIA TACOS
Ja’Lieyah D.

Whether it's delivered or in the building my 3 Queso-Birria Tacos are always amazing from here it's flavorful and they always put a ton. They never fail to include all your toppings, and the Horchata is refreshing!! This isn't even mentioning the sweet ladies in the shop. Top tier customer service every time. I love this place!

Three Tacos plate. No frijoles, por favor.

Food: your typical Mexican food menu with variety of authentic selections. The tacos (carnitas, asada, pastor had dry flavor and not much flavorings. Had to put chile verde and rojo for flavor. Service: can be busy at times but friendly. Good self serve salsa bar Ambience: quick in and out place with dining benches. Overall, the meats can be better. The chile verde and rojo are very good on the bright side.

Rice in the chile verde burrito ordered with out rice. $16 in the trash. Cook doesn't care that receipt says NO RICE
John S.

I could tell you that their chile verde burrito is one of the best in town but they don't care enough to make it right. I hate rice in a chile verde burrito. It's a cheap filler that drastically changes the texture, taste, and spice level. I order mine without rice. At $16 price tag you would think you could get what you want. Nope. No matter how many times I say it, they even write it on the receipt, their cook doesn't care. You getting rice.

Average Mexican food…read more My friends and I got hungry when walking down Fremont Street so we stopped by Tacos & Miches for a quick bite. It is like any typical taqueria, nothing really extraordinary. I ordered asada tacos and was a bit unimpressed. There was a lot of meat but it was very dry and flavorless. I appreciated how juicy the limes were and the salsa verde was nice, but it was all very underwhelming. It was about $13 for the three tacos, so I expected them to be a bit better than what they were. Despite being a little busy, the food came out pretty quick. This spot is quite dingy. There is a lot of open seating but it is dirty and unkempt. When we were eating there, there was a homeless man seated inside screaming, ripping up newspapers and throwing them around, and playing with a lighter. Although there is an understanding that this is not a fine dining establishment, I think it is a bare minimum standard to host an environment where guests feel safe. It is very loud in there and very casual. It is accommodating for both small and large parties without prior reservation. Maybe the other menu items are better, but if you are looking for tacos, this would not be the best option.

Hands down one of my favorite and most affordable taco spots!…read more It's located next to a busy plaza so parking can be quite difficult They're open daily 10am-2pm. Definitely recommend going when they first open because otherwise it doesn't matter the time or day of the week, the lines are extremely long! Love how spacious the restaurant and how organized it is! Once inside the restaurant, there are several lines and you just line up according to which meat and item you want. The longest lines are definitely the asada and adobada (pork)! Once you reach the front of the line, you just tell the staff which and how many of the item you want, as well as any customizations to it. After you get your order, you just head to the cashier line and paying is so easy and convenient! Pricing is reasonable. - Tacos, tostadas, taco aztecas - $4.12 - Sopes, quesadillas, vampiras, & mulas - $7.54. - fries with meat - $22.18+ - soft drinks - $3.31 Arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was already super crowded. Stood in the asada line for at least half an hour but the wait was so worth it! Got 3 Asada Tacos and the tortilla was so soft, hot, and fresh. It was stuffed with plenty of tender beef! The beef was packed with flavor and marinated so well! The pico de gallo was so delicious, as well as the salsa and guac. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

We spoke for a bit and he had a nice table set up for us right at opening. We enjoyed their brunch service for 6. It was dish after dish of foods that were wonderful and we finished it off with churros and chocolate mousse. Very good food presented very professionally. That and a few drinks made for a great Saturday the 25th. If I were to make any criticism it was the music was way too loud. Blade twice went to turn it down but somebody else in the staff kept turning it up to what even seemed to be Blades frustration. Made it a little difficult to have a comfortable conversation. Maybe at night when the atmosphere is not nice dining and more bar club the music should be that loud. Regardless we had a wonderful meal and a nice experience even if we had to speak loudly to each other. Blade the server was a huge part of the overall experience.

I had shrimp al mojo and it was delicious! The shrimp was covered in a garlic sauce and they expertly recommended I add rice with it. The rice paired perfectly with the dish. When they called my name, I went to the counter and notice that they got my order wrong...they gave me a pollo asado taco, instead of a pollo asado burrito with cheese. I swear I had told the lady that took my order that I wanted a pollo asado burrito, but perhaps I was wrong, or perhaps she was mistaken with what I ordered. Either way, I am not one to make a fuss, as restaurant workers already work hard (especially the workers at this place), so their ears didn't need a brat like me to give them an earful about getting my order wrong during peak lunch hours. Anyways, I pointed out the mistake, and mentioned if I can order a pollo asado burrito. An older gentleman (who appeared to be the owner/manager/someone important) working behind the counter said don't worry about it...he'll make the burrito and call my name when it's ready. I thanked them profusely, went back to my seat and didn't even finish my al pastor taco, because they had called my name in less than a minute. WOW! That's customer service right there! I wouldn't even put The Taco Stand on the top of my list of best mexican food in Vegas, even though their food is pretty damn good, but with customer service like this, they've made the jump on my list, and I'll be returning to eat there more often!
