They treated everyone like old friends, and maybe they are in this close-knit community. Atmosphere: This is a unique and eclectic coffee shop with a fun, artistic vibe. There isn't a lot of indoor seating, and we noticed several larger tables occupied by just one person. She is the mastermind behind many of the yummy recipes at NCN that I was excited to check out this place. I dropped by during my first full day in the Twin Cities. Simpley Nutrition is located in Inver Grove Heights (IGH). It's perfect when I am on my way to Rochester. It's also nice to say that I have visited another place in IGH other than Target. This place is in a plaza, across from Cub Foods, including its pharmacy. I had no problem finding a parking spot steps away from the main entrance. I backed into the spot and walked in. The cool thing is that she has the same December shake and tea menus at both NCN and Simpley Nutrition. It makes her life easier. It also makes mine easier ordering at either place.
