He took the family and myself to Reforma the day we arrived and it was a warm welcome. The coffee is amazing the food, especially the huevos Shukshuaka (sp) was delicious! The Shukshuka was fresh and delightful with a delicious slice of bread or as the locals call pan used to soak up the sauce. An introduction to the meal was delicious pastries and a fruit plate with granola and cottage cheese. The papaya, pineapple, melon, and apples glistened with a drizzle of honey that shimmered in the late morning ambient light. A very classy atmosphere Reforma has a rustic look that screams Mexican ranch style hacienda featured in an Architectural Digest. My second experience at Reforma was the day afterward, where we were met with the same delightful service. After switching my decision from pan elotes to chilaquiles, I again had an incredible experience filled with many refills of beautiful coffee and a refreshing fresh squeezed glass of strawberry juice.
