The lack of customer service and professionalism made the entire experience frustrating. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I believe the restaurant owner should take a closer look at who they're hiring and how employees are trained to handle customer concerns, because experiences like this can damage a business's reputation. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and won't be recommending this place to anyone.
