I always like to get the Paisa entree because it comes with a huge side of crunchy chicharrón which I love! The non-alcoholic drinks are very good. They have a coconut drink which tastes refreshing and it's not too sweet. They also have a few margaritas and other beers. The staff is always super nice and accommodating. And even though it's always busy it's not too chaotic and the service is pretty quick. The food is always flavorful and cooked perfectly! It was an interesting menu and well thought out. I had no idea what to order so I just followed my gut on what I felt like gorging on (and was glad I did). I won't go much into dissecting each dish. But I can tell you that the flavors were balanced and pleasant. Each bite beckoned more until the plate was empty. I couldn't stop myself.
