The team generally offers specials and you get a massage at a fraction of the price -- about $50 or so for an hour. It is very difficult to find such an affordable spot, and one that keeps decent hours. It is very accessible. But the space is lacking in ambiance (though it is tidy) and the massage was just OK. Nothing terribly wrong, but I did not experience the depth of relaxation to which I was accustomed. Also, I left feeling appreciative for the time, but the benefit of the massage (which will usually last me 2-3 days ) was not apparent, so I ended up going to my regular masseuse later in the week. There was also a point in time where she started to massage my patella... Never has anyone massaged that and that's not a place where you need to massage. I also have some lipomas on my arm that she was trying to work out and massage and I had to tell her to stop massaging it because it's not muscle but it's a cyst. She didn't seem to understand but she did stop. The lymph massage was also a scam because not only did she not massage along the lymph nodes, she just got out her gua sha stones and rubbed it very gently on my face. Like literally no pressure and it was not a proper lymph massage. I highly recommend you stay away from this place or if you do avoid the small girl with glasses. I didn't ask for her name. I am usually fine with massages even if they're not the best but this one is dangerous and extremely disappointing.

Within 5 minutes after paying, I was ready to receive a massage. The masseuse asked me what type of massage I was interested in. I told her to focus on my back and shoulders. She immediately went to work on my back and was able to break down some knots on my shoulders. It was a great experience. The only downside to it was the 60 minutes went by in the blink on an eye.
