If I have to choose one favorite (trust me, it is tough to have one favorite only), it would have to be the cold baklavas with hazelnut or pistachios. Eat them straight out from the fridge is just aaahhhh... Diyarbakir Burma with pistachio had a good texture contrast that was so good. If a business is expanding and opening multiple locations, there should be better communication and customer service. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures that each location has staff responsible for answering customer calls and providing professional customer service.
