This company has committed blatant fraud against me twice now. I have never ever stayed at a…read moreproperty managed or owned by Oranj Palm Vacation Homes. Several years ago a collection showed up someplace for a property that was for lease for a long term normal lease. I was mildly interested but never signed any lease and never lived at the property, not even for a day. I only viewed the house once when it was for sale and for lease. Approximately a year later I received some collection for a 12 month lease at a very high monthly rate times 12. I freaked out when I saw it and assumed I was a victim of identity theft. The collection showed Oranj Palm Vacation Homes so I contacted the owner of the management company and he explained it was some sort of an error. Just today at least 7 years after that experience I looked at my credit report which I had not done in a few years. I almost vomited when I saw under a closed collection account for $8,950.00. It appears to be a completely different incident of fraud. So, this means my credit scores were greatly damaged for 7 years for a fraudulent collection submitted to the credit bureaus by Oranj Palm Vacation Homes. I repeat I never rented a short or long term rental from this con artist scam of a company. I will be filing a lawsuit for this fraud and damage caused to my credit by these scumbags. WARNING: Do not trust this company.

From the signature orange doors to the textiles, art choices and remodeling decisions, everything is spot on. This includes the necessities and amenities as well. Each bungalow is fully equipped with multiple wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, highballs, rocks glasses, and complete sets of utensils. The big house has a full set of cowboy-utility blue and white tinware including serving platters and bowls. It also has essential cooking tools, a large gas grill, big drink dispenser. Pool and other needs are filled with utilitarian sarongs, washer dryer, noodles and floats, etc. We knew we'd be doing a lot of cooking but had no idea what to expect as far as kitchen appointments go, so we were wowed and grateful it was done so well. From the beginning Chris (the manager) and Jamie (the owner) were a pleasure to work with, and were totally gracious and attentive. It's a spacious, quiet, comfortable, luxurious two bedroom single story condo with plenty of outdoor space (gated front yard, side yard and gorgeous back yard). The 100% private spa and pool are the highlight, especially considering so many public pools are still closed for COVID. I think I spent a full 8 hours in the water on Sunday?? Given its location and landscaping, part of the pool is always shaded, which is perfect for us fair-skinned gingers. Ginny manages the place and she is a delight. Very personable and friendly. My only notes: -The AC is a wee bit loud. If you're a super light sleeper, bring ear plugs. -No black out curtains. If you need full darkness to sleep in, bring an eye mask. -Linens are typical. Kind of starchy. If you need super soft sheets, bring them with you. (Can you tell one of us has particular sleep needs? ) Final note: this is not a party palace. This IS the perfect spot for a couple or family to come and unwind in a private, safe space.
