I see that they even have "curbside" service now with all that is going on in the world. I hope that will continue into the future. Saves time from having to go into the store. So, today I was looking online to see about buying some dog food and was planning to do like what I have done on the past a just ordered online and then later pick it up. But the online site kept sending me over to the new Apple Valley store as the pick up location. So now I'm wondering did the Hesperia store close? Or is it that the Hesperia store is low on their inventory and the Apple Valley store is the closest one to me that has what I am looking to buy. I sure hope the Hesperia store has not closed. The employee try to dismiss me and told me to come back the next day. I explained to him that I drove from LA to pickup this product. Thats when he said that he will get the product for us but he will have to slide it under the fence and I will have to pull it out on my end which was ridiculous because I was extremely heavy for me. I had 2 kids in my car as well. I had to get out of the car, pull the heavy horse mat from under the fence and lift it onto my truck. The employee walked away while I struggled to out the mat in my car. I have never experienced this kind of service before. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing! Well, today is the day I took that first step to walk into this Kahoots. Surprise surprise!... it sells premium quality pet foods and fun pet stuff. WOW was the first thought that came to my mind when I first walked in. It's a gigantic candy store for pets IMHO! LOL I personally don't have pets at this time, but my parents had two German Shepherd Labradors who were family members many years ago. They both have passed away when they were 13 years old. I miss my Penny and Phoebe (I love you!)... they were my girls. Thanks for reading my story. I perused the entire store at first. Then I thought of my dear friend who has a dog and two cats. I said let's get something for Petunia, Fig, and Friday to celebrate their birthdays. Three toys, cake, and ice cream treats were chosen. Hope they will like their playful stuffies and sweet treats. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Service was good. Ambiance is just playful. Prices are a tad high, but hey, our pets deserve good things, too. They are our family. I was directed to a site where I could see photos. And I'll tell you, those pictures blew me away.
