Same little half restaurant half market place as T.G. The cleanliness of this place was way above T.G. I could not believe that this place was as squeaky clean as it was. Not a single fly in the house! That is much better than some of the other restaurants I eat at around town. The service was a little absent toward the end, considering I was the only customer in the joint. But my waitress was super attentive, informative, and helpful. Everything came out within a reasonable time, exactly how I ordered, and in the order I asked for it to come out. The chips and salsa were delicious. They are not to be played with, though! Not only was the salsa crazy fresh, I know this because it was steaming when it came out, but it was painfully delicious! I could not lay off of it! Serious heads up for you non-spicy peeps. The food was absolutely amazing. No other way to describe it. I started off with a "tostada de camaron" and a "tostada de ceviche". Little corn tortilla one with shrimp the other with ceviche, lime, pico de gallo, and avocado. Just WOW. Definitely a great starter! My main course was the Steak Ranchero. Definite A+!! I would post a picture of my empty plate, but I ate the plate. This place is an absolute untapped resource and it will haunt my dreams until I return to eat here again. I cannot give them my money fast enough. I will be returning here as much as possible!!

Hand-written specials on a billboard, fresh meats, a variety of options. I personally recommend the Cajun Turkey Melt, that sucker hit the spot!

They have everything from wild, local honey to wild game of several types. The staff is so very friendly and awesome too! During mild weather months (beginning in March - weather permitting) they have live local music in the evenings. They told me that they are adding more vendors to their music evenings too. Can't wait for March to come around. If you are in the area and haven't been there yet, what are you waiting for?!! It's a wonderful country store with country friendly folks.
