The waitress was friendly and attentive to our needs and spoke English for those in our group who needed help with the menu. They make their own mayo/ketchup mix and it's a perfect dipping sauce for tostones or just to add to your food. What I love about this place is how they value their food presentation and the freshness of their food. You will have to wait because it's made to order and it's worth it! We had fried pork, white rice, stew beans and tostones. I ordered their grilled chicken and it was tender and full of flavor. Their tostones comes topped with a fresh garlic sauce. We were so full we couldn't even order dessert and I hear their crème brûlée is a must try. I can't wait for my next trip to the island because this is going to be my regular stop.

The food was absolutely incredible, without a doubt the most flavorful meal we had all week, and honestly one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. Order the chicken... WOW! Every bite was packed with amazing flavor. The service was truly exceptional. One of our servers, Allen, was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He took the time to talk with us & he didn't seem rushed. The teamwork among the staff was amazing to watch. There was a gentleman constantly walking through the dining room clearing plates the moment we were finished, keeping everything spotless without ever interrupting our meal. Everyone worked together so seamlessly, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they do. While we waited for our food--which actually came out super fast for PR--our daughters loved spending time down by the beach area. It was the perfect way to keep them entertained while we relaxed.
