They hustle and you get your meal fast, no matter how packed it is and it's been packed every time I've visited. It can be a little intimidating your first time. Foquitos are little light bulbs in Spanish. I don't know why this is the restaurant's name BUT I've always come here at night and it's a bright spot on a busy road. There is NEVER parking out front so you will park in the middle of the highway. It seems shady, don't worry, it's ok, they have enough attendants to help you park and then run like a crazy person across the highway when there's a break in traffic.
