Sadly the flowers I purchased is not what was delivered, the flowers were broken, the flowers were brown, the flowers were dying, the lack of flowers and poor balance arrangement of flowers. Needless to say when I called to complain, they knew before hand which flower arrangement I was calling about, but was given the excuse of it was because of the wind ????? When I asked to speak to a manager of supervisor, I was told they were out of town. I sent pics of the flowers to show them, so they decided to send another arrangement. The new arrangement was missing the colored flowers, and they tried to take the old arrangement as well ??? Fortunately they didn't because my friends teenage son wasn't sure about that, so they left without it. Wow ?? Who does this ?? Not happy at all with service !!!!
