The utility company could have done it a day earlier but didn't because Secure Electric told us to just tell them to "just unlock the meter." However after theyre super overprice quote I did some research and got a second opinion and figured out the problem and called El Paso Electric again to fix it but we were still without power for 2 days because of them. Plus they charged $200 to lie to us. They misled us and confused us more and quoted us a bunch of unnecessary work just to over charge us and when I politely asked for at least our money back since they didnt even provide a correct diagnostic the wife said they would but next day the owner of the company came by and said "nope never mind were not gonna refund you afterall" despite getting caught red handed trying to screw us. As you can read in the texts had they refunded us we would've forgiven them even though they tried to screw us over but after they said they arrogantly said were not willing to even do that and " we don't care if you post this" Im left with no choice but to post up all the details as a warning to others. Sounded very promising! Sent them the information requested, then finally two days later, the "tech" calls me and says they don't have time now since we're just passing through. The company charged me for 2.5 hours of work and said that even though they couldn't fix it, I still owed the money. They never explained this when I set the appointment. So the service tech (who actually did the work) said minimal charge, but the greedy owners said no... you are going to get gouged. Unbelievable! Avoid them like the plague. It was serviced with a metal armilite conduit with 12 ga wire and it was powering a minisplit a/c unit, multiple outlets, and a pool motor with 220VAC. L-E Electric was 1 of 3 contractors I called, but when Paul showed up, he talked the talk. This man has Watt's Law running through his veins.
