This is what they call medium rare skirt steak

Beware what you order at this place, the menu is not what it seems. What they claim is skirt steak on the menu is actually top round - tough, gray, rubbery, flavorless top round. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he shrugged and said the manager is at the cash register. When I paid my bill and mentioned it to the woman at the cash register, she said nothing. From now on I'll stick with El Coyote and Buenavista down the road.

Always good food, great service! Try the wings, AMAZING! The only complaint...margaritas are great but too expensive!

Good food at good prices and a very friendly staff within a relaxed atmosphere. It's our go-to Mexican choice in the Hampton Cove area.

Service was friendly and perfectly paced. It's quiet inside. Sorry, they do not have gender neutral bathrooms-hopefully they'll be one of the more progressive businesses in Huntsville and more people will dine in; relative to comfort. Food- they have all of the American Italian staples penne alla vodka, Branzino, fettuccine alfredo, chicken breast go on everything! But all of the WONDERFUL MORSELS we crave from Nono's hole in the wall like Stromboli, Grilled chicken salads, calzones and the big one PIZZA!!!! eats we crave from other Italian eateries are missing. (authentic). Maybe they'll upgrade that or add some new things. Most of the dishes, if not all, come with red sauce/pasta, melted cheese broiled on top, and bread. So it's the exact same dishes but different protein. I love the environment here. We were able to eat in peace. My Caesar dressing was sweet and I don't like sweet dressings. The calamari needed seasoning and to be brought out hot. I have no complaints other than the easily fixable stuff. Buddy scraped the eggplant parm plate YUM!! We plan on revisiting soon. It was good food, music needs variety. The outside may look janky but inside is certainly swanky!

Upon arrival there were only 2 people in the entire establishment for a 9:00 pm reservation on a Saturday night. That was a red flag walking in the door. The setting was nice and lighting was dim and the music was great. I'll start with the fried green tomatoes (not pictured). They were the only thing we had that was worth bragging about. Would come back for the tomato's and the tomato's only. The drinks were good. I enjoyed the old fashion and the tres hombres was good as well. The brew boil was very disappointing. Everything tasted like it was boiled then the seasoning was sprinkled on top. Not having the option to pick a seasoning/spice level took away from the customers preference of how they like their boil. The crab legs were did not have enough meat in them for the price point. The shrimp were not great tasted undercooked. Nothing really held any flavor to me. The potato's weren't good either. The redfish Devine was okay at best but the quality of the wasn't great. There could've been more sauce on the dish which held most of the flavor. The fish was dry as well. The mashed potato's and broccolini were cooked well but not seasoned well at all. Our server was great. Wouldn't take anything from Andrea. She took good care of us and check on us often making sure we had everything we needed. Overall I feel like for a $150 tab the dinner was a complete let down. Also the temperature of the food was subpar. It felt as if they just warmed it up a little and brought it out. The only dish that tasted fresh was the fried green tomatoes. That being said I'm not sure if I would be interested in coming back to try anything else.

Not really a fan of the scampi or the angel hair pasta dishes since those seem to be overcooked each time, but the cannelloni really did it for me this time. It is THAT big of a difference from anywhere else in Huntsville that I had gotten seafood from, and I regret it taking me as long as it has to find them. The owner goes 2x/week to the gulf to load up coolers and bring the fresh haul back to the shop. There is no fishy smell, no slimy looking fillets or shellfish, just your briny smell of the ocean and the bounty that came from the sea. While the offerings can be seasonal, the gulf produces some standard things that will always be there: salmon, ahi, and yellowtail are sashimi grade and looked amazing. I was there for shrimp and you can get damn-near tiger sized gulf shrimp for the price the large grocers carry. No contest there. They also have things you don't typically see around here (fresh) - mahi, snapper, seabass, etc... the quality stands on its own here and the owners are a pure joy to talk with about their offerings. I won't buy seafood anywhere else, as long as I have the luxury to plan enough in advance.
