DOUBLE CHARGING SCAM ARTISTS. They will charge you a "credit card fee" on their POS system (it will just say 'fee' then tax). THEN, they will charge you an additional percentage when you charge your card. The credit card machine doesn't say the amount when charged. Don't go here. I've been in a couple times and they've been nothing but nice and had what I was looking for ready to go and at a reasonable price. One time I actually got to the counter and rang up and the dude working there told the woman ringing me up "Oh, that one says $24 but it's $19 right now, it should be marked down", he didn't need to, just a solid honest gesture. This place needs to fire this lady in the photos!!!! Saturday March 27th I decided to stop by at this liquor store that's only 5 min away and the only store to be opened pass 12pm. I stopped by with 2 of my uncles and purchase about $100 worth of alcohol. As we were walking to To the front of the aisle we looked at some of the snacks that were by the register and the lady decided to scream at us and say " you need hurry up now because I have to go!" And threaten me to call the cops because I'm getting loud with her after the fact I keep telling her to give me my change so I can leave. She was really refusing to give me my money until I started to record her that's when she took out her phone and finally as another customer walks in she decides to give me my money back. That was extremely rude for this lady to act this in kind of manner. If you are closing why have your doors wide open as if you are welcoming more customers to come in and shop? Why not tell us politely and say hi guys in closing in 5 if you don't mind speeding up your shopping? I've been in the customer service industry for 16 years and this has been the worst service I've even encountered! What can I expect it's a liquor store right? No class. This place says they close at 12 but we showed up at 11:45pm and doors were still open and the person working yelled saying they are closed with crazy attitude and ZERO people skill. Worker then almost shoved me out of store and locked door behind me. Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. My go to stop for beer and beverages for any given weekend, or weekday, or non-bank holiday, or whatever. The prices here are better than most every shop in the area, they have whatever I want, cold and ready to go, and I have never once had to wait behind 6 high school kids trying to convince the clerk they are really 21 and should be able to buy these wine coolers. read more

Horrible people working there. Without telling me the lady behind the counter charged me extra to use my card. There are no signs near the Card Reader informing of any fees to use my card. She could have politely stated before I used my card that there was a fee. When I noticed the charge her response was and I qoute, "I can't tell everyone there is a fee." So I returned my product and will no longer sgop her and will make sure everyone I know doesnt shop her either. read more

I'm never shopping here again. After waiting in line forever for the only employee to scramble around in their newly re-arranged to store, I got to the front of the line with two different 12 packs of beer. When one of them rang up at $3002. The clerk knew there was a problem. Rather than looking at the correct price for the item she tried to get me to tell her how much it was supposed to be. When I told her I didn't know how much it was because it's not my store, she made up a price off the top of her head. She didn't even look it up. When I argued that the price was not satisfactory compared to what the other one cost she just laughed. So I guess this place just makes up the price when you get to the counter and if you don't like you get laughed at. As I said before I will never go there again. I just got ripped off read more

Save yourself a sketchy and racist encounter - shop elsewhere! Brought my wife and brother-in-law in and was turned away because my wife did not have her ID??? I had mine clearly stating that I am more than old enough to purchase beer. El Norte pkwy isn't exactly "known" for its nice neighborhood. I am sure if I was Mexican like my wife, it wouldn't have been an issue. Walked across the street and purchased my beer with no hassle. A terrible experience! read more
