When checking in front desk staff didn't know if there was coffee makers in the room. I am a Hilton Honors member and expect more from Hilton. I definitely do not expect to be lied to. Friday for breakfast they provided fresh doughnuts and fruit salad mixed with a creamy sauce, coffee and water. Lunch was a cool taco bar with all the fixins. This Hampton Inn is sometimes considered to be located in: Wildersville, Parkers Crossroads, and also Lexington. I did quick research via google in the car at the gas station right next to it and learned that Hampton by Hilton is one of Hilton's biggest brands. While its not on Hiltons luxury brand side, Hampton delivers value and comfort for guests looking to be cautious about their travel spend. I had no reservations and it was in the middle of the night but they had plenty of rooms. The woman who assisted me was very nice. In fact all employees I encountered were super pleasant. 2 double beds came to about $109. They do have military discounts so with that the room came to about $94. The room was clean, and very comfortable to my surprise. Nice luxury feeling comforters and nice Neutrogena toiletry amenities in the bathroom. They also had a nice breakfast spread free for guests with coffee starting at 6am in the morning. Not sure if I'll ever be in Tennessee again but if I am, I definitely will come back and stay at this hotel.
