Excellent service, very clean place, and the food is both delicious and unique. Hermosillo has some of the best food *in the world*, and great options for mariscos, but Cayomango's menu is different than all others. Today I had the Tostada Wonton and it's a very original take on a seafood tostada. It was so good I ordered a second one. The tuna was fresh, the wonton tostada exactly the thickness you'd want, and the portions perfectly appropriate. It's a tad one the expensive side, but that doesn't take away from the rating in this case, as it's still worth every cent.

The servers are friendly and ready to help. The Manager Jose speaks perfect English. They offer a mix of bar and American restaurant environment, serving Mexico food. I have been here many times. They serve some draft beer; freshly made salsa fitting your spicy level of requests. The food selections are variety, meat, sea food, and vegetables. It is a popular place for locals to celebrate their birthday here. There is dedicated parking lot for the restaurant across the street, making the visit here easy. If you prefer, you can use their valet parking service as well. The map on the yelp is a little off. I believe that it should be a couple of block north than the spot marked in the yelp.

There are only a few places that stand out after living south of the border for the past 3 years. One of them was in the state of Sonora, but it was not Holy Cow. But since Sonora is cow country, I had higher hopes. Overall, everything lacked flavor. The chocolate shake. The burger, the overcooked, over-crispy fries and the BBQ sauce. Speaking of BBQ sauce, why are they filling the Heinz ketchup bottles with that?
