It was close to where I was staying, and I rolled up late at night when a lot of the area had already shut down. There aren't a ton of options nearby once it gets late, so finding this place open and buzzing was a genuine relief. It's an outdoor food truck park with a bunch of trucks to choose from and a laid-back, communal vibe, which is exactly the energy you want on a warm island night. The food was good and the service was nice. Nothing to overthink here. If you're staying in the Miramar area and need a solid, casual bite, especially later in the evening, this is an easy call.

They were very good but the middle of mine was a little cold either from being premade then thrown in the fryer or because the items were cold before making it. It wasn't too much of a turn-off though. I ordered the aguacate relleno con pollo and it was SO GOOD. It comes topped with potato sticks on a bed of coleslaw. The chicken was juicy with so much flavor and the avocado was very fresh. Plus the hot sauce was absolutely perfect, the right amount of tingly spice to cut through the saltiness. Then my boyfriend ordered the arroz con mongolian beef, which he also enjoyed. This is a cute hangout area- one of the trucks was playing good music and there's good food and drinks all around.
