The tamarindo juice was fresh and the perfect complement to the meal. Beyond the amazing food, the service truly stood out. Dear Adalberto, My intentions are not to give you a bad review online but to educate you about our experience. I believe in constructive reviews, and this should be taken in a positive stride to improve based on customer feedback. The place is cozy and lovely. The service was rated 3-5. The tables lacked condiments, and napkins were only provided upon request. Appetizers were served, but there were no small plates to share, so we all ate from the appetizer plates. The mofongo was blend needed a bit of a bit salt, the chicharrón the garlic flavor for the typical puertorrican taste. We had to request straws and napkins because the waiter forgot to bring them to the table. These may seem small or petty, but negative experiences like these don't encourage a return visit when customers don't feel valued. We could have gone to a nearby restaurant, but we decided to give you the opportunity.
