Since it's an authentic Mexican restaurant, it sells many Mexican products, including Jarritios, a very popular soda brand. At the time I came, there was only the one woman taking the orders and the woman making the orders. However, the latter was so fast. Wow. I only waited 10 minutes for mine, and she was doing multiple orders at once. The woman taking the orders was very sweet. It definitely helped with my nervousness. Since I was getting a to go order, I ordered my chorizo torta con todo, which means with everything included. It came with lettuce, Oaxaca cheese, advocados, and jalapeños. I also got two cups of salsa Rojos, which are the spiciest, and a can of seltzer water. This torta hit the spot! It totally satisfied my craving. All of the flavors worked together, especially when I used the salsa. Oh my goodness! That took it to the next level! That salsa Rojo burned so good and was so delicious. They just recently painted their truck to the Mexico flag colors so you can't miss it. Ingenious idea to located right in front of the Mexican embassy so they get a lot of their customers from there. I love their chorizo tacos. They got them tacos with two corn tortilla and decent amount of meat. They give you cilantro and white onions so it's pretty authentic. They give you green sauce and red sauce, but be careful the red sauce is straight up fire. If you don't like spicy, stay away from the red sauce or you'll regret it later being on the toilet later. I also get their beef quesadilla. Tastes pretty good and I like it that they give you good amounts of meat. Make sure to try the tamales as well. They are pretty good.
