Tacos El Herradero is a local taqueria offering tacos made with quality meats and ingredients. My favorite was the Campechano, a mix of suadero and tripa on corn tortillas with onions and cilantro. I also tried the adobada (marinated pork sliced from a rotating spit), carne asada, and chorizo. The latter two were served on freshly-made thick, chewy, yellow corn tortillas, which were themselves a highlight.
