It's handful of rooms are comfortable, modernly appointed with lots of stone, tiles and glasswork, and much larger than we expected. The views from our windows over Soller's rooftops to the Serra de Tramuntana are spectacular.
Breakfast is fresh and thoughtfully varied-- pancakes with homemade strawberry purée one day, eggs, apple cake, etc. Served by Pascale and his team (no buffet, thank God) al Fresco in the immaculate courtyard garden under the Bougainvilleas and palms.
Ca'n Abril is a recent addition and still one of Soller's best kept secrets. I have really mixed feelings about sharing, it's such a perfect Mallorquín experience.
