Do not do your taxes here. We had all of our 2024 tax returns taken away because we owed money since 2019 by the IRS because only because this woman doesn't know what she's doing. Even the IRS representative told me not to place my trust in the accuracy of this woman and her tax services. When we reached out to her to get clarification, we were brushed off and told "what do you want me to do about it? You obviously didn't pay something". We went to her trusting she knew what she was doing only to realize we had to back pay taxes all the way back from 2019. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

I would give zero if It would let me so. Never book your appointments with them bc they will waste your precious time with canceling your appointments last minute. I understand emergencies can happen so I rescheduled with them three times but they canceled on me one minute right before my appointment time for the third time when I had a quarter mile to get there after a 20 mins drive . What a pleasure it was using El Faro Services to complete my LiveScan. I called in the morning and Susy was beyond accommodating - she scheduled me for later that day (I found out from speaking with her that she had driven to the office just for me from quite some distance away). Not a good experience today. I had requested for an appointment, and was given a time frame. Just to be sure, I asked again if I can come, but was asked to come at a much later time (meaning my appointment time was changed). My wife and I arrived on time, but was told we had to wait. After waiting for more than 45 minutes outside, we had to leave because it was clear that she would take a long time to finish with her client. Very disappointed today. Had a good experience here before, but not today. Today was very bad. I am very, very disappointed. read more
