I then felt that he was following me and I felt unsafe. So I started walking faster and this was around the Courtyard area where they have a large grassy arena. I then tried to avoid his eager ways to communicate with me, I then went toward my car to leave and ask if I needed help with my dog carrier. I then knew I was being followed. I left and then realized I may try to get a friend to join me next time. So point is my review has to do with safety, I felt uneasy. I always felt safe here now things are different and changing so if you are by yourself and you are female and you feel on safe either leave or go have a chaperone walk with you. The presence of this individual was very uneasy I come here all the time for years this is the first time I ever had this issue. Stay safe

He rips into her telling her she needs to take better care of her jewelry (mind you, the basket fell out while she was typing at her desk). She's crying her eyes out at this point. I try to talk to him to smooth things over - he rips into me saying "he doesn't need this". He does agree to repair it. He doesn't even come out to talk to us about it though. Basically tries to hide from us. Real professional. Whatever, ring is fixed. Fast forward to a week ago - the basket holding the diamond falls out AGAIN! This time we can't find it and have to file a claim with insurance. Went to another jeweler to get an appraisal. He looks at it and says the craftsmanship is poor - only two welds were done, at the bottom, when there should have been at least 4. Then he says what's even worse is he used WHITE GOLD to do the weld - basket and the ring itself are PLATINUM. The other jeweler said he would never ever use white gold to weld platinum to platinum and has no idea why Zoltan chose that. That's a huge reason the basket broke off. Do not use this guy and I urge anyone that has jewelry from Zoltan David to take it to another jeweler and get the ring welded properly. He cuts corners, is a complete jerk, and expensive to boot.

She offered no on the spot ideas, and was relatively quiet. She took photos, told me that she had a big project wrapping up in July and wouldn't be able to get to me until then. I said that was fine but I was really looking forward to her help. Y'all, I never heard from her again. So disappointed. I will likely still shop there myself, but it's unfortunate that this business didn't want my project, or apparently my budget.

On October 10, 2022, the chair stuck in the recline position and would not go down. What followed was a five-week experience with Decorum that was at the least frustrating, and at the most, condescending. Ultimately, the chair, which was under warranty from Fairfield, was repaired and returned to us on November 18. I won't go into all of the detail of the back and forth with Decorum but the main point is this: we were made to feel like the enemy. There was never an expression of regret for th failure of this product nor a call from management to say we're sorry this happened. We initiated almost all communication, having to persist to find out when the chair would be repaired and returned. In fact, it felt like Decorum was mad at us for having this problem. If you want to shop for upscale home furnishings, Decorum is your store. If you want to deal with people who are genuine and who make you feel they care about your business, go elsewhere. In fact, the store staff could take lessons from their delivery team; they were courteous, good-humored and a pleasure to meet. Our greatest hope is that the Fairfield recliner does not break down again, or we will be back to square one with Decorum.
