The waiter recommended the local fish, so we both ordered it. Big mistake. When the plate arrived, the fish literally had white eyes -- it looked completely off, like it had been dead for a while. I even joked that the fish was blind. Should have trusted my instincts and sent it back. That night, both of us got seriously food poisoned. Vomiting, sickness, the whole miserable experience.
