They have a large menu, and although the prices are perhaps a touch higher than at some authentic taquerias, they still seemed pretty reasonable. We ordered chips and salsa along with several different tacos, including al pastor, lengua, steak, chicken, and others. The presentation was excellent. Everything arrived looking clean and thoughtfully arranged, with onions, limes, and the other accompaniments on the side. The ingredients also seemed fresh and of good quality. Unfortunately, the meat in nearly every taco was very dry. The steak, al pastor, lengua and the other meats were chewier and much less flavorful than what I would normally expect from a place like this. I was there with a colleague for lunch, and he had the same experience with his tacos, so it wasn't limited to my order. I'm not sure whether we caught them on an off day, but it was disappointing because so many other parts of the experience were promising. The meat just didn't deliver.

Prices were definitely more than what I was expecting. $3+ for a small street taco is a bit ridiculous. The prices in the market were also ridiculously high ($8 for a squeeze bottle of McCormick mayonnaise?!). Service was ok, it took awhile for anyone to acknowledge us. The place itself didn't seem very clean either. We took our order to go but sat at the table while we waited and the table was very sticky (as were the floors). We got a variety of tacos and none of them stood out as anything spectacular. There was very little meat for the price charged as well. Overall, we might go back but only because we don't know of anywhere else that serves legit tacos yet. The search continues!
