The purse has several small, dark stains inside and out that had been there for years and took away from the bag's overall beauty. I was afraid my niece would be underwhelmed with it as a gift, even though she collects vintage Coach. The Day-Runner was stored in our garage and had serious mildew inside and out. Ray's team returned them to me as good as new - even better than new, because Coach has retired these items. I couldn't believe the stains on the bag were gone with virtually no detectable change to the bag's original saddle color. Amazing work.
