He did a amazing job, every single time I thought he was done, he went back in and made it absolutely picture perfect. I normally go to a barbershop in Hoboken for him. That place is appointment only, so I can here as a walk in. I can honestly say I will bring him here from now on since it's so close to home. The place is very clean. Everyone is very nice. Yet I would definitely say that Daniel has incredible skill. Amazing experience for the first time ever being in that barbershop with 4 younger kids. El Parcerito si supo cortar pelo. He kept spinning me in the wrong direction. He didn't listen. He finally turned me around and totally took off all my hair. It was so bad I got up out of the chair and walked out in the middle of a hair cut. THIS IS A BUTCHER SHOP! The state of NJ should check the license of the barbers working here. WORST hair cut I've ever had. Please think twice before you go to this place.

Gio was welcoming, listens, used some cool, relaxing (great smelling) bump patrol products on my problem areas & cut the hair from my ears (and nose) without me having to ask. Say what you want- that's a sign of a great barber. I was thoroughly satisfied with my hair cut. & his prices are VERY affordable. So you know I had to tip. After a…read morefew cancelled appointments (not on my behalf) and just overall hassle of traveling to Brooklyn either after work or early on the weekend I felt I needed a change. I had walked past the shop a bunch of times as I hang out in the downtown JC area often and had wanted to see what this place was about. What really drew me to Etiket was the look of the shop so I said let me give it a try. Love the way this shop operates ! All the barbers are cool, down to earth people. I have gotten my haircut by a couple different barbers - 2 guys who are no longer there and Charles - but my main barber is Goose. Chill dude, always makes for good convo and most importantly my haircut is ALWAYS on point. At this point all he needs to know is if I'm getting a full haircut or just a shape-up and then it's say no more. The shop is always clean, the play good tunes and I have started using the Baxter's of California face lotion since going here. You can book online and I personally have never waited any longer than 10 minutes max if Goose is finishing up another cut. I recommend the shop to all my people if they are in the area and in need of a cut but would also recommend to strangers. Great atmosphere all around !

I've been going to Sundays for almost a decade; I commute a fair distance because the service is always stellar. There's over ten years of people singing Andre's and Mark's praises, rightfully so. Recently, I've started getting appointments with Andria and she more than lives up to the Sundays standard of excellence. I sat down, said I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, and after some clarifying questions Andria got to work and delivered a great cut. The Sundays Best service is thorough, and I appreciated she gave me updates as to where we were in the process and what the next steps were. I left the chair feeling my best, no pun intended. I'll close with two more thoughts. First, if you go to either location of Sundays Barber Shop, you will have a wonderful experience. Second, book Andria with confidence. You will get a great cut and/or shave.

Anyway, I don't think they've improved over the last 12 years, but rather has continued down its 2-star path. It is basically now your run of the mill men's haircut shop with lollipops and La Croix. The haircut was actually pretty good and the stylist was pretty nice. Although the haircut is supposed to come with a shampoo and 5 minute scalp massage which adds to the relaxation. I wasn't offered either and it feels creepy to ask a young lady in a tight dress to do so.
