I understand late cancellations can happen, but after waiting so long and the cancellation happening so close to the haircut time, I hoped they'd be able to at least fit me in somewhere relatively sooner (even with a different barber) given that this wasn't a new booking, but a booking that was cancelled so close to the time of appointment. Will not bother booking again, because I don't want to be at risk of having to wait another 7 days before my cut.
